Was born 49 years ago,
Memories fresh on my first question,
Mom why people beg at places of worship?
Why I am better?

Lived 49 years to see more people beg,
Watched many killed and die - sad but ok,
Happy to distribute food from car!Why I am blessed?

49 years had everything but many nothing,
49 happy birthdays many lived just today,
49 years earned more and happy to give,
Why more for me?

On this day I stop giving with respect,
On this day let them take with dignity,
On this day let them have their tomorrow,
World has everything for everyone.
